Um post digno do desabafos, mas como ainda não tenho karma suficiente pra postar lá, vou desabafar aqui mesmo, mesmo achando que não vou receber comentário algum.
Tenho 20 anos e sou incel, no sentido literal da palavra. E o motivo pra isso são basicamente dois, mas 1 deles é o que mais influencia essa realidade: a feiura.
Sim, eu nasci feio. Não uma pessoa desarrumada, não alguém mediano. Eu sou feio. objetivamente feio. Poderia numerar todas características do meu rosto que são consideradas nojentas pela sociedade, mas não o farei porque senão o post teria possivelmente mais umas 100 linhas.
Não consigo conversar olhando diretamente pro rosto das pessoas porque sinto vergonha de mim mesmo. Sinto falta da máscara. Todo lugar que eu vou, procuro me posicionar num ângulo o qual meu rosto fique o menos exposto possível. Quando ando na rua, fico no lado da parede porque assim um lado do meu rosto é escondido. Quando vejo alguem mais alto que eu, me sinto inferior. Se for alguém bonito e alto, então.. aí além de me sentir inferior sinto raiva e inveja da pessoa. Isso é dismorfia corporal, muito possivelmente. Um dos milhares problemas psicológicos que desenvolvi com o bullying
Há quem diga que uma boa personalidade é capaz de sobressair tais condições. Talvez eu até concordasse, caso estejamos nos referindo a alguém mediano ou só um pouco feio. Mas em relação aos verdadeiros feios, aí já é mito. Mas ok, suponhamos que seja verdade: também não adiantaria para mim porque tenho fobia social e nunca sequer tive amigos. Ou seja, não sei conversar, sou esquisito socialmente e nunca tive experiências que 99% das pessoas normais da minha tiveram, como uma simples ida ao shopping com amigos ou uma call no discord.
Porém, pra piorar (quando alguém é amaldiçoado no nascimento, tem de ser completamente, né?), sou baixo. Tenho 1,69. E o meu órgão é pequeno, 13 centímetros.
A solidão, em doses pequenas, é maravilhosa (pelo menos pra nós intrivertidos). É muito bom ficar sozinho e escutar uma música, tocar algo, jogar um vídeo game, ler um livro, cozinhar... mas a solidão diária, eterna e contínua é um dos piores sentimentos que o homem pode ter, afinal, somos seres sociais e o que permitiu a evolução da espécie foi o relacionamento social. E eu não tenho isso. Não sei como é se sentir amado por pessoas que não sejam da família (já que nesse caso o afeto e amor é somente instintivo). Nem sequer lembro da última vez que recebi um abraço. E estou começando a sentir falta disso tudo, principalmente ao ver os outros a minha volta felizes e vivendo suas vidas como um filme
Não sei mais quanto tempo tenho de vida. Acho que se nada mudar daqui a uns 4 anos, irei enfim dar um fim a tudo isso, mesmo lá no fundo eu ainda queira viver.
Eu sou inamável (sim, curiosamente esta palavra existe) e só queria ser normal, mas talvez essa vida não seja pra mim.

A - During a run:
- Don't play on easy mode. Can't stress this enough. Your score is reduced by half and you don't unlock anything. Just play on the basic "surging waves" difficulty.
- Get at least 1 fast redeploy op ASAP: executomerchant specialist, agent vanguards, Skadi or a summoner supporter. Ingot income is much lower now so killing treasure chest is important and there are also more annoying enemies that should be assassinated ASAP (broodmothers, stonecutters...).
- Almost all of the bosses and annoying enemies in IS3 are susceptible to stun/freeze so these CC effects and relics become much stronger. If you can get a fast redeploy with hard CC like TexalteRed, even better.
- Get one of the berry medics. If you don't have Honeyberry, buy Cunnyberry from shop. And no, Deez Nut isn't enough.
- Do not piss off the merchant on lower floors. He will most likely end your run and not having a store to spend ingot on floor 4-5 is bad.
- Don't try to block Saint Carmen with anyone other than E2 high lvl defenders when he still has ammo. He'd one-tap them all. Try to bait his shots then stun him when he reloads or just hide in the bushes.
- There is only 1 kind of Downtime Recreation now and it's worth trying your luck here. On average, it has higher chance of giving you useful stuffs like objective shield, key, dice roll and collectibles. Unlike the greedy old granny who almost always steal 5 of your hard-earned ingots and laugh in your face.
- Emergency dispatch node is very beneficial. It's not only guaranteed to promote your operator to E2 for free, but also give you some free ingots. For some reasons, these nodes almost always spawn near the end of a floor so at worst you'd be without the op you sent for 1 battle.
- You can exchange cursed relics for normal ones at Fortituous Opportunity nodes.
- Losing life points in events doesn't reduce light level.
B - Outside of a run:
- The first thing to do in cognitive shaping (permanent upgrade token) is to down the bottom left path and get "Daner Awareness II". It gives you an objective shield (temporary life points that persist between battles) after each battle if your life point is 8 or more. You should end up with like 10-15 shields on floor 5 for insurance in case things go wrong (and it will go wrong).
- Unlock extra features in the middle path. Those are all powerful and you can go down further to upgrade the useful "People Oriented" squad too.

For some context, I have a daughter (2.5y/o) and a son (3m) we have a 4 bedroom house, two beds upstairs and two beds downstairs. I’m not comfortable having my children on different levels given their ages right now. In my opinion they’re too young.
We have had my son in his bassinet at our bed since he was born, but he’s starting to outgrow it and fast! He’s also begun to attempt to roll over so it won’t be safe soon for him to be in his bassinet. We do not have room for his crib in our room, but we do have his crib set up in my daughters room across the hall along with their dresser and my daughters toddler bed.
I want my son to move into her bedroom soon. But I’m unsure of the logistics. My oldest is in bed around 8:30(more like 9:30 these days, it’s summer!) and my son doesn’t go down for a long stretch until 11pm, sometimes even midnight and is up again around 4, and again at 7. My daughter does not wake up for the day until 8:30/9:00am.
I’m worried my oldest will lack sleep from being woke up in the night, I’m not sure how to play out bedtimes when their sleep times are so different right now. My son goes through “witching hours” around 9/10pm until he’s asleep. I guess im looking for encouragement and advice from people who’ve room shared their children at these ages. I don’t know how to start the transition.
Do I just lull my son to sleep and then try to set him in her room? It all just seems so stressful. Im struggling at the idea of it and I wish they could have different rooms.

Been meaning to post this for a while. I was excited about this mode when first announced as I was previously playing fantasy teams in previous 2K MyLeagues/MyNBA. Long story short, big Nuggets Melo era fan, started Kobe Era, chose Nuggets, simmed to end of 03 season, put the big 03 draft stars on their correct teams then signed Andre Miller and traded for Kenyon Martin. Play on 11 Min Slightly Adjusted HOF sliders. Played religiously at the beginning, won the first season, made some trades for second season and won, started third season, slowed down playing, file got corrupted, decided to sim through third season and play through next season so now I’m on season 4 (06-07) playoffs. Definitely some improvements needed on the mode all over and minor annoyances that surprised me that were not noticed or updated, but it’s definitely worth it to see an alternate history of how the league could’ve been if you take it serious, and just fun to see some names and players that you haven’t seen or heard of in years. I would love to go into more details about my seasons but I’m curious to hear if anyone else plays it as much as I do. Also please make 2/3 save files after every played game just incase

Just started playing Sims 4 properly recently and only have Cats & Dogs expansion. I would like more variation in my sims outfits and makeup and hair etc and it seems like you can’t download this anymore?
Everytime I get stuff from the gallery the sims just end up naked and bald with the content I got them for not being supported by my game.
Any help greatly appreciated :)

First you need to understand the range of ppm for a given stage of the plants development.
For example, when growing greens or a vegetative state before flowering/fruiting your looking for numbers In the following PPM ranges.
N 150-350
P 60-90
K 100-350
Ca 160-300
S 64-100
Mg 50-80
Iron 0.5-5.0
Boron 0.1-1.0
Manganese 0.1-1.0
Zinc 0.02-0.2
Molybdenum 0.01-0.1
Copper 0.02-0.2
When you flip a plant from a vegetative grow to a flowering or fruiting stage the following ranges apply
N 40-100
P 70-90
K 100-220
Ca 160-350
S 70-150
Mg 30-60
Iron 0.5-5.0
Boron 0.1-1.0
Manganese 0.1-1.0
Zinc 0.02-0.2
Molybdenum 0.01-0.1

You may have noted the drop in Nitrogen and rise in Magnesium. This is the reason you'll see different hydroponic solutions sold for the different stages. I personally never saw the need to change out solutions from vegetative growth to flowering/fruiting stage. I simply worked out a formula with the needed amounts for the vegetative grow and increased the magnesium in it to fruiting levels. This is on the belief that the plant will take what it needs when it needs it.
To make a solution and know the PPM of the given constituents within the solution you need to first make a 1 mol solution for each of the chemicals. Most of these chemicals are already used in gardening so you can pick them up from your local nursery, for the others you can easily order them online.
For Example, Potassium Nitrate is KNO3 Which breaks down to

You then look up the Mole weight on each of these atoms. (Mole weight is listed on the periodic table under the name of the atom, center bottom of the square. (Note: the oxygen mol weight is multiplied by 3. one for each atom of oxygen in the molecule.)

Adding these up gives you 101.1 which means that a 1 mol solution will be 101.1g dissolved in 1L of water.
Now lets work out the PPM per ml of the 1 mol solution. As a simplification we can take the mol weight of the potassium and simply call it ppm. This is a general rule of thumb. However if you want to do the math and work it out you can use the following.
Mass of potassium = (39.10 g/mol) * (1 mol of K/1 mol of KNO3)= 39.10 g/mol
Mass of potassium in 1L solution = (39.10 g/mol) * (1 mol/L)= 39.10 g/L
Total mass of solution = mass of potassium nitrate + mass of water
= 101.10 g + 1000 g
= 1101.10 g
PPM of potassium = (mass of potassium in 1L solution / total mass of solution) * 10^6
= (39.10 g/L / 1101.10 g) * 10^6
≈ 35,486 PPM
Now divide by 1000 to get the ppm per ml of solution. Which gives us 35.48ppm
So it is just easier to follow the rule of thumb and be with +/- 5ppm.
For our above example, we used 1L of water and 101.1g of Potassium Nitrate.
K = 39.1ppm
N = 14.01ppm
O3 = 48.00ppm
If you take 1ml of the potassium Nitrate 1 mol solution and add it to 1L of water, you get 39.10 ppm of K and 14.01 PPM of N. You can drop the Oxygen molecule from this as the plants will not use it as a nutrient and instead use it in the production of C6H12O6 and other internal processes. The same applies for other compounds that you will see in the molecules like Hydrogen and Carbon.

Now lets put this together and work out a nutrient formula for lettuce.
From the paper “ U.C. Samarakoon, et al (2006) Effect of Electrical Conductivity EC of the Nutrient Solution on Nutrient Uptake Growth and Yield of Leaf Lettuce Lactuca sativa L in Stationary Culture” We find that testing shows for best growth you want to be in the range of the following.
N 59 ppm
P 27 ppm
K 68 ppm
Ca 48 ppm
They provide no amounts for Mg or S so we just need to make sure they are in the normal range for vegetative growth.
Let me pause here and explain that I have a spread sheet that breaks down each of the chemicals I have on hand to the PPM contents in a 1 mol solution. It allows me to put how many ml of each I'm adding to 1L and displays the N,P,K,Mg,Ca,and S in PPM as well as the total PPM of the solution. It also has a multiplier that allows me to say how many liters I need and it will tell me how much of each to add. Unfortunately it is a work product and not something I can share. However, making such a spread sheet for yourself would be a great exerciser to help you learn how it all works together.
In order to work out what is need to make the above solution we start by breaking down each of the chemicals we have on hand into 1 mol solutions and listing their parts. This lets us calculate the PPM per addition using the known quantities in solution.

Lets start my determining the amount of Potassium chloride we need, this is the easiest one of the bunch. Simply divided the needed PPM by the PPM provided in 1ml of a 1 mol solution. (68/39.10) and we need 1.75 ml of potassium chloride to reach 68.43 ppm in 1L of water. Next lets look at the triple super phosphate. This one contains both phosphate and calcium, so if we are wanting the phosphate to be at 27ppm we would simply do as before and divided it out. (27/61.94=0.5ml) This gives us 30.97PPM of phosphate this also adds 20.05ppm of Calcium. So we need to take that into account.
We can finish up the calcium using calcium oxide. Again we divided it out by the needed ppm of calcium. We need 48ppm of calcium, we so far have 20ppm from the triple super phosphate, this leaving us with 28ppm needed. So we divided out the calcium oxide as (28/40) showing us we need 0.7ml of calcium oxide.
This leaves us with just needing the nitrogen content at 59ppm. We can use Urea and divided it out as (59/28.02) Showing us we need 2.2ml of Urea to reach 61.64ppm of nitrogen.
So far we have the following
N 61.64ppm (Urea 2.2ml per 1L)
P 30.97ppm (triple super Phosphate 0.5ml per 1L)
K 68.43ppm (Potassium Chloride 1.55ml per 1L)
Ca 48.11ppm (Calcium Oxide 0.7ml per 1L)
We are now down to needing the Magnesium and Sulfur which is great as both are present in magnesium sulfate. Here is where the catch comes in, in concentration Magnesium Sulfate will react with just about any of the items containing calcium and cause a precipitate. As such if we are making a concentrate solution to add to 1L of water we can not add the Magnesium Sulfate to the mix. Thus we end up with a part A and Part B as we need to keep the Magnesium Sulfate away from both the triple super phosphate as well as the calcium oxide.
Doing the math again, we take the smallest of the two compounds in Magnesium sulfate (The Sulfur) and divide it by the ppm needed (24.3/50) This gives us about 2ml per 1L to get it into the range needed. This actually gets us to the low end of the Mg range and personally, I would consider adding another .5ml to be on the safe side. It is always better to be a little over the number you are shooting for than to be below it.
To sum it up we have the following
N 61.64ppm (Urea 2.2ml per 1L)
P 30.97ppm (triple super Phosphate 0.5ml per 1L)
K 68.43ppm (Potassium Chloride 1.55ml per 1L)
Ca 48.11ppm (Calcium Oxide 0.7ml per 1L)
Mg 60.75ppm (Magnesium Sulfate 2.5ml per 1L)
S 80.18ppm (Magnesium Sulfate 2.5ml per 1L)
That gives us your basic A and B parts with Part B being the Magnesium Sulfate that you would want to add first to dilute it before adding the Part A with everything else.
Note: Use a pipette to measure down to 1/10 of a ML. In a pinch you can use 1cc syringes which will also allow you to measure to 1/10 of a ML. A cc and a ml are the same amount. Make sure to clean it between measurements or use a separate one for each measurement.
The range of concentration for a micronutrient solution is as follows.
Iron 0.5-5.0ppm
Boron 0.1-1.0ppm
Manganese 0.1-1.0ppm
Zinc 0.02-0.2ppm
Molybdenum 0.01-0.1ppm
Copper 0.02-0.2ppm
As Im sure you noticed, these are very small numbers and difficult to get to. For example, I could dilute 0.05g of boric acid in 10L of water which would give me a concentration of 0.5ppm of boron per ml. Then you face the fact that is 10L of solution, which Is a lot to have sitting around. To solve this issue, I use a double dilute step. For example if I make a solution of 2.86g of boric acid in 1L of water, then use 1ml of that solution into another liter of water, the final product will have .5ppm of boron per ml. Thus I can take 1ml of the second solution and add it to 1L of water to get .5ppm which is right in the middle of the requirements for the boron micronutrient.
Lets go over the calculations so you can see how I got to those numbers.
We have 2.86g of boric acid in 1L of water.
So ppm = (mass of solute / volume of solution) x 1,000,000
This is (2.86/1000)*1000000 which is 2860ppm per ml of solution.
Now we can calculate the ppm of the boron in solution using this formula
Concentration of boron (in ppm) = Concentration of boric acid (in ppm) * (Molar mass of boron / Molar mass of boric acid)
This works out to 2860*(10.81/61.83) or 498.44ppm per ml of solution.
Now if I take 1ml of solution and add it to 1L of water we can simply divide the 498.44/1000 where we get .49844ppm per ml of the new solution. Thus putting 1ml of the new solution per liter of water will give us a proper amount of the boron micronutrient.
I could stop here and tell you to figure the rest out as you now have a basis for calculating everything. Though Im not going to, truth is I calculated the needed items for micronutrient many years ago and it works out as follows.
2.86 g boric acid
1.81 g manganese chloride - 4 hydrate
0.22 g zinc sulfate - 7 hydrate
0.02 g 85% molybdic acid
0.08 g copper sulfate
1g Fe-EDTA
Now if you take 1ml of the above solution and mix it with 1l of water, then each ml of the new solution will contain
Iron 1ppm
Boron .5ppm
Manganese .5ppm
Zinc 0.6ppm
Molybdenum 0.01ppm
Copper 0.019ppm
Which is the right amount for 1L of micronutrient. If im making a concentrate to add to water, Ill add the micronutrient to the magnesium sulfate as they will not react. Though to be honest, it can be added to ether the part A or part B it is your choice.
That should sum up all you need to know to make your own nutrient solution in both concentrate as well as normal strength for the plants. With a little testing you may even find that your plants under your environment react better to some minor changes in your nutrient formulas published.

Understanding Mol Solutions.
Calculating a 1 mol solution for a given molecule is the first step, this is done by taking the given molecular formula and breaking it down to it’s constituent parts.For Example, Potassium Nitrate is KNO3 Which breaks down to

Adding these up gives you 101.1 which means that a 1 mol solution will be 101.1g dissolved in 1L of water.
Now lets work out the PPM per ml of the 1 mol solution. As a simplification we can take the mol weight of the potassium and simply call it ppm. This is a general rule of thumb. However if you want to do the math and work it out you can use the following.
Mass of potassium = (39.10 g/mol) * (1 mol of K/1 mol of KNO3)= 39.10 g/mol
Mass of potassium in 1L solution = (39.10 g/mol) * (1 mol/L)= 39.10 g/L
Total mass of solution = mass of potassium nitrate + mass of water
= 101.10 g + 1000 g
= 1101.10 g
PPM of potassium = (mass of potassium in 1L solution / total mass of solution) * 10^6
= (39.10 g/L / 1101.10 g) * 10^6
≈ 35,486 PPM
Now divide by 1000 to get the ppm per ml of solution. Which gives us 35.48ppm
So it is just easier to follow the rule of thumb and be with +/- 5ppm.
For our above example, we used 1L of water and 101.1g of Potassium Nitrate.

If you take 1ml of the potassium Nitrate 1 mol solution and add it to 1L of water, you get 39.10 ppm of K and 14.01 PPM of N. You can drop the Oxygen molecule from this as the plants will not use it as a nutrient and instead use it in the production of C6H12O6 and other internal processes. The same applies for other compounds that you will see in the molecules like Hydrogen and Carbon.

Now lets put this together and work out a nutrient formula for lettuce.
From the paper “ U.C. Samarakoon, et al (2006) Effect of Electrical Conductivity EC of the Nutrient Solution on Nutrient Uptake Growth and Yield of Leaf Lettuce Lactuca sativa L in Stationary Culture” We find that testing shows for best growth you want to be in the range of the following.
N 59 ppm
P 27 ppm
K 68 ppm
Ca 48 ppm
They provide no amounts for Mg or S so we just need to make sure they are in the normal range for vegetative growth.
Let me pause here and explain that I have a spread sheet that breaks down each of the chemicals I have on hand to the PPM contents in a 1 mol solution. It allows me to put how many ml of each I'm adding to 1L and displays the N,P,K,Mg,Ca,and S in PPM as well as the total PPM of the solution. It also has a multiplier that allows me to say how many liters I need and it will tell me how much of each to add. Unfortunately it is a work product and not something I can share. However, making such a spread sheet for yourself would be a great exerciser to help you learn how it all works together.
In order to work out what is need to make the above solution we start by breaking down each of the chemicals we have on hand into 1 mol solutions and listing their parts. This lets us calculate the PPM per addition using the known quantities in solution.

Lets start my determining the amount of Potassium chloride we need, this is the easiest one of the bunch. Simply divided the needed PPM by the PPM provided in 1ml of a 1 mol solution. (68/39.10) and we need 1.75 ml of potassium chloride to reach 68.43 ppm in 1L of water. Next lets look at the triple super phosphate. This one contains both phosphate and calcium, so if we are wanting the phosphate to be at 27ppm we would simply do as before and divided it out. (27/61.94=0.5ml) This gives us 30.97PPM of phosphate this also adds 20.05ppm of Calcium. So we need to take that into account.
We can finish up the calcium using calcium oxide. Again we divided it out by the needed ppm of calcium. We need 48ppm of calcium, we so far have 20ppm from the triple super phosphate, this leaving us with 28ppm needed. So we divided out the calcium oxide as (28/40) showing us we need 0.7ml of calcium oxide.
This leaves us with just needing the nitrogen content at 59ppm. We can use Urea and divided it out as (59/28.02) Showing us we need 2.2ml of Urea to reach 61.64ppm of nitrogen.
So far we have the following
N 61.64ppm (Urea 2.2ml per 1L)
P 30.97ppm (triple super Phosphate 0.5ml per 1L)
K 68.43ppm (Potassium Chloride 1.55ml per 1L)
Ca 48.11ppm (Calcium Oxide 0.7ml per 1L)
We are now down to needing the Magnesium and Sulfur which is great as both are present in magnesium sulfate. Here is where the catch comes in, in concentration Magnesium Sulfate will react with just about any of the items containing calcium and cause a precipitate. As such if we are making a concentrate solution to add to 1L of water we can not add the Magnesium Sulfate to the mix. Thus we end up with a part A and Part B as we need to keep the Magnesium Sulfate away from both the triple super phosphate as well as the calcium oxide.
Doing the math again, we take the smallest of the two compounds in Magnesium sulfate (The Sulfur) and divide it by the ppm needed (24.3/50) This gives us about 2ml per 1L to get it into the range needed. This actually gets us to the low end of the Mg range and personally, I would consider adding another .5ml to be on the safe side. It is always better to be a little over the number you are shooting for than to be below it.
To sum it up we have the following
N 61.64ppm (Urea 2.2ml per 1L)
P 30.97ppm (triple super Phosphate 0.5ml per 1L)
K 68.43ppm (Potassium Chloride 1.55ml per 1L)
Ca 48.11ppm (Calcium Oxide 0.7ml per 1L)
Mg 60.75ppm (Magnesium Sulfate 2.5ml per 1L)
S 80.18ppm (Magnesium Sulfate 2.5ml per 1L)
That gives us your basic A and B parts with Part B being the Magnesium Sulfate that you would want to add first to dilute it before adding the Part A with everything else.
Note: Use a pipette to measure down to 1/10 of a ML. In a pinch you can use 1cc syringes which will also allow you to measure to 1/10 of a ML. A cc and a ml are the same amount. Make sure to clean it between measurements or use a separate one for each measurement.
Micro Nutrient Solution
Micronutrients play a critical role in hydroponic solutions, carrying out essential functions for the growth and development of plants. While macronutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium are needed in larger quantities, micronutrients are required in smaller amounts. These micronutrients encompass vital elements such as iron, manganese, zinc, copper, boron, molybdenum, and chlorine. Although their quantities are minuscule, their presence is indispensable for various metabolic processes vital to plants. Micronutrients serve as catalysts for enzymatic reactions, facilitating crucial biochemical processes like photosynthesis, respiration, and nutrient absorption. They actively contribute to the production of significant compounds such as chlorophyll, a key player in efficient light absorption and photosynthesis. Additionally, micronutrients regulate plant hormones, activate enzymes, and ensure overall plant well-being. Insufficient micronutrient supply in hydroponic solutions can lead to stunted growth, diminished yields, nutrient deficiencies, and heightened vulnerability to diseases. Hence, incorporating micronutrients into hydroponic solutions is imperative to achieve optimal plant growth, development, and overall plant health.The range of concentration for a micronutrient solution is as follows.
Iron 0.5-5.0ppm
Boron 0.1-1.0ppm
Manganese 0.1-1.0ppm
Zinc 0.02-0.2ppm
Molybdenum 0.01-0.1ppm
Copper 0.02-0.2ppm
As Im sure you noticed, these are very small numbers and difficult to get to. For example, I could dilute 0.05g of boric acid in 10L of water which would give me a concentration of 0.5ppm of boron per ml. Then you face the fact that is 10L of solution, which Is a lot to have sitting around. To solve this issue, I use a double dilute step. For example if I make a solution of 2.86g of boric acid in 1L of water, then use 1ml of that solution into another liter of water, the final product will have .5ppm of boron per ml. Thus I can take 1ml of the second solution and add it to 1L of water to get .5ppm which is right in the middle of the requirements for the boron micronutrient.
Lets go over the calculations so you can see how I got to those numbers.
We have 2.86g of boric acid in 1L of water.
So ppm = (mass of solute / volume of solution) x 1,000,000
This is (2.86/1000)*1000000 which is 2860ppm per ml of solution.
Now we can calculate the ppm of the boron in solution using this formula
Concentration of boron (in ppm) = Concentration of boric acid (in ppm) * (Molar mass of boron / Molar mass of boric acid)
This works out to 2860*(10.81/61.83) or 498.44ppm per ml of solution.
Now if I take 1ml of solution and add it to 1L of water we can simply divide the 498.44/1000 where we get .49844ppm per ml of the new solution. Thus putting 1ml of the new solution per liter of water will give us a proper amount of the boron micronutrient.
I could stop here and tell you to figure the rest out as you now have a basis for calculating everything. Though Im not going to, truth is I calculated the needed items for micronutrient many years ago and it works out as follows.
2.86 g boric acid
1.81 g manganese chloride - 4 hydrate
0.22 g zinc sulfate - 7 hydrate
0.02 g 85% molybdic acid
0.08 g copper sulfate
1g Fe-EDTA
Now if you take 1ml of the above solution and mix it with 1l of water, then each ml of the new solution will contain
Iron 1ppm
Boron .5ppm
Manganese .5ppm
Zinc 0.6ppm
Molybdenum 0.01ppm
Copper 0.019ppm
Which is the right amount for 1L of micronutrient. If im making a concentrate to add to water, Ill add the micronutrient to the magnesium sulfate as they will not react. Though to be honest, it can be added to ether the part A or part B it is your choice.
That should sum up all you need to know to make your own nutrient solution in both concentrate as well as normal strength for the plants. With a little testing you may even find that your plants under your environment react better to some minor changes in your nutrient formulas published.

Hello all, brand new to Assetto Corsa and sim racing in general. Question about FoV setting. In game menu it seems locked, so I tried using triple monitor app and I entered the 4 values it asks for. Is that it or should I also adjust actual FoV which is in the other app (which name escapes me now) that actually has adjustable FoV setting? When I change that number, absolutely nothing changes on my screen.

Fortunately the value was higher than the payoff so I’m good there. The thing is, even without the $475 a month payment I’m still underwater. There is no way I can get her another car. Even without her car payment, I’m literally only months from not being able to make even the minimum payments on my credit cards.
I applied for a debt consolidation loan but was declined. I tried to get a zero interest balance transfer card but was approved with a limit that’s half the balance of my lowest debt…so it would just add a payment and I’d end up paying interest at a higher rate when the introductory period ends. These attempts just dropped my credit score more making me even less able to get any kind of consolidation loan.
I spoke to a mortgage broker about a cash out refinance. She said I’m eligible for a HELOC but it’s unlikely to be for enough to cover the debt. I researched using a HELOC and velocity banking and it looks like a trap that could end up with me losing my house.
I’ve been reading this subreddit and some other articles about filing chapter 13. Not CH7 because I make too much and should be able to pay the debt off (once it isn’t accumulating interest and growing exponentially).
My details:
State - Alabama Salary - $100k Mortgage - $264k / 3.25% / $1554.05 pmt (House is worth about $325k - $360k and I’m eligible to request they drop PMI in December).
One car loan (now) $9646 balance/ 4.99% / $320 pmt. Value is about what I owe.
401k loan $20k balance / $520/mo pmt CC Debt - $49k / pmts equal $1559
This means: Monthly net income - $4888 Monthly expenses- $4297
Nothing is behind …..yet.
My questions are:
-is there anything I could/should do before I go see a lawyer?
